In Urumqi, Changji and Bayingolin of Xinjiang, minimum temperature falls below ‑20℃ with maximum frozen soil depth of ‑2.8 meters. Some villages may have nearly 3‑month raw‑water shortage in winter. Residents live scattered, making pipe‑network laying difficult and costly. Therefore, equipment shall adapt to low‑temperature climate, tolerate long‑term shutdown without raw‑water supply and allow flexible configuration for scattered residential distribution.
After multiple rounds of comparison and screening, BioFilter‑500, BioFilter‑1000 and BioFilter‑2000 series are selected. The equipment features strong anti‑shock‑load capacity and can sustain up to 6‑month shutdown without raw‑water supply. No specialized operation is required after installation with extremely low daily‑maintenance workload.
Since commissioning, stable treatment performance has been maintained and effluent consistently meets Discharge Standard for Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (DB65 4275‑2019).
