Overview:

This is a two‑component solvent‑free epoxy resin system, liquid at room temperature.

Mainly applied to winding forming of air‑core reactors with favorable processing performance.

Features:

1. This product features narrow molecular‑weight distribution, few impurities, high purity and low hydrolyzable chlorine content;

2. Good compatibility and sufficient wetting with glass fiber;

3. Short gel time; no bubbles or by‑products generated during curing;

4. High cross‑link density after curing, high mechanical strength and excellent electrical performance.

Product Indicators:

Basic Process Requirements：

1. Mixing ratio: Component A : Component B =100g：80g±5g

2. Operating process:

Weigh accurately per mixing ratio, pour into liquid storage tank, stir thoroughly and stand still until bubbles disappear completely before use.

Note) Curing agent ratio can be adjusted appropriately according to practical service conditions.

3. Curing condition:

100℃/2h + 130℃/2h + 140～150℃/6～10h.
