Overview:

This two‑component epoxy resin system is liquid at room temperature.

Mainly applied to surface protection and fastening of iron‑core silicon‑steel sheets (bonding between outer layers and inter‑layers of silicon‑steel sheets for noise reduction) with favorable processing performance.

Features:

1. Appearance: Bright, flat and bubble‑free coating with strong adhesion and good elasticity;

2. Process performance: Easy operation, fast curing, curable at room temperature or under heating;

3. Physical performance: Capable of enduring long‑term transformer operation with stable performance and protecting transformer iron cores;

4. Low viscosity, good fluidity and strong permeability.

Basic Properties:

* The curing agent of this product can be adjusted according to customers’ actual requirements

Basic Process Requirements:

1. Mixing ratio: Component A : Component B =100g：25g

2. Operating process: Weigh accurately per mixing ratio, stir thoroughly, then apply by brushing.

The mixing batch is generally 200～500 g according to actual consumption and ambient temperature.

1. Curing condition: 24 hours at room temperature or 40℃/4h.
