CW‑AD‑203 Soft Gel

Product Features:

1. This product is soft epoxy crystal drop glue with low viscosity, good leveling performance and excellent defoaming property;

2. Curable at room or medium temperature with moderate curing speed;

3. Cured material boasts good flexibility, high transparency, flat bright surface and strong adhesion;

4. Cured material features good solvent resistance, toughness and yellowing resistance;

5. Transparent colored epoxy or opaque colored epoxy can be added during use: fluorescent powder, pearlescent powder, luminous powder, glitter silver powder and other pigments, to be mixed according to different processes;

Application Fields

1. Suitable for large‑scale surface coating and drop gluing of LED soft light strips, various adhesive stickers, labels, EVA/PVC panels, hang tags, badges, handicrafts and other products;

2. Surface drop gluing for other products such as marble, handicrafts, ceramics, hardware, plastics, electronics and wood;

3. Soft‑gel encapsulation for other products;

Recommended Application Process:

1. Clean the substrate;

2. Weigh accurately per mixing ratio and stir evenly;

3. Keep static for 10 minutes after drop gluing;

4. Flame defoaming;

5. Curing;
