* This product is high‑light‑transmittance LED glue for LED encapsulation and molding. Its outstanding feature is excellent water transparency, resistance to discoloration under 500‑hour high‑temperature exposure, low viscosity after mixing, good fluidity, easy defoaming and long pot life;
* Curable at medium or high temperature with fast curing speed;
* Low shrinkage after curing, good moisture resistance, high gloss and high hardness; cured material features high mechanical strength, excellent electrical properties, good resistance to humidity‑heat and atmospheric aging;

Recommended Application Process:
